Abstract

"COMPOSIçõES AUTOEMULSIFICANTES, MéTODOS DE USO E PREPARAçãO". Preparação de composições autoemulsificantes que são preparadas sem homogeneização mecânica é descrita. Essas composições autoemulsificantes são preparadas usando um ou dois tensoativos. Isso prove a vantagem de uma razão de peso baixa de componente emulsificante para componente oleoso e menos preocupações com toxidez química, resultando em vantagens de conforto e segurança sobre as emulsões empregando mais de dois emulsificantes. Conseqüentemente, as composições autoemulsificantes descritas são idealmente adequadas para aplicações oftálmicas incluindo administração de agentes terapêuticos ao olho. Composições autoemulsificantes preparadas através do método descrito são descritas.
