Abstract

The device has an interface between a vehicle (2) and a weapon (1). The interface has a retractable structure (3) e.g. a gantry crane with a fork (30), a cable (32) and an electrical winch (31). The structure forms a mechanical connection between the vehicle and weapon, when the structure is retracted. The structure provides displacement of the weapon with respect to the vehicle when the structure is relaxed.
