Abstract

"IMOBILIZADOR INTERNO E APARELHO DE IMOBILIZAçãO DE INTEGRAçãO HìBRIDA PARA IMOBILIZAR UMA FRATURA INTRACAPSULAR DA GARGANTA FEMORAL E MéTODO PARA IMOBILIZAçãO DESTA FRATURA". A presente invenção provem um novo imobilizador interno para imobilização de uma fratura intracpsular da garganta femoral usando um procedimento invasivo mínimo. A imobilização compreende de um membro tubular tendo uma extremidade afiada e uma extremidade sem cortes que é adaptada para ser implantada enquanto deslizadamente transversal a linha da fratura. Três parafusos revestidos são adaptados para passar através da passagem no membro tubular e estendendo-se externamente até a extremidade afiada enquanto a linha nos parafusos revestidos permitem a compressão dos fragmentos do osso. Em fraturas extracapsular e subtrocanter, um imobilizador interno pode ser incorporado com aparelho de imobilização de integração externo que compreende pinos de parafusos que são adaptados para ser inseridos através de buracos lateralmente providos no membro tubular, tal como para integrar o membro tubular e pinos de parafusos adicional que são parafusados em um fragmento femoral distal. Um membro conectante é adaptado para segurar os pinos de parafusos juntos e permitem a redução, correção e imobilização em um período intra e pós-operatório.
