Abstract

"TREM DE LAMINAçãO, EM PARTICULAR UM TREM DE LAMINAçãO POR PRESSãO PARA SER OPERADO A QUENTE". A presente invenção se refere a um trem de laminação, em particular a um trem de laminação por pressão para ser operado a quente, o qual apresenta um par de cilindros (3; 4) ajustáveis um contra o outro e posicionados com seus eixos centrais (5) em posição vertical, sendo eles conectados a pelo menos um acionamento rotativo (8) por meio de eixos articulados (6; 7). Para que possa ser obtido um comportamento de ajuste mais favorável ao se adotar massas móveis mais reduzidas, para diminuir a fricção e melhorar as relações dos braços de alavanca, a presente invenção propõe que o acionamento rotativo (8) para os dois cilindros (3; 4) seja posicionado fixamente abaixo do plano do nível do solo da instalação (2) e que seja conectado com uma engrenagem fixa (9) e com o respectivo eixo articulado (6; 7) de forma a poder ser acionado.
