Abstract

"MéTODO E CENTRO DE MENSAGEM MULTIMìDIA PARA PROCESSAR MENSAGENS MULTIMìDIA DE SAìDA DE UMA REDE DE ORIGEM". Uma rede de origem, tal como uma rede de comunicação sem fios de origem, executa seletivamente transcodificação de conteúdo multimídia de mensagens multimídia de saída em função dos endereços de rede de destino correspondentes. Mais particularmente, em uma modalidade exemplar, a rede de origem inclui ou tem acesso a um ou mais bancos de dados que são acessados para determinar se a transcodificação é desejada. Tais informações podem compreender uma listagem de endereços de destino, por exemplo, endereços de correio eletrónico, ou identificadores de domínio particulares, para os quais a transcodificação é desejada. Além disso, tais informações podem indicar se deveriam ser usados formatos de transcodificação específicos ou normais.
