Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA DETECçãO DE RELáMPAGO CORRIGIDO DE FORMA ESPECTRAL". Um sistema de detecção de relâmpago fornece uma localização estimada de um percurso de relâmpago. O sistema inclui sensores e um analisador. Cada sensor dentro da faixa de um evento de relâmpago fornece mensagens ao analisador. Cada sensor inclui um mecanismo de forma de onda que converte um sinal recebido do evento de relâmpago para uma série de componentes de domínio de freqüência tendo respectivos magnitude e fase. O mecanismo de forma de onda ajusta magnitudes e fases dos componentes de freqüência, por exemplo, para suavizar os efeitos de condutividade terrena onde o sinal recebido viajou através da terra. Os componentes de freqüência ajustada são então convertidos pelo mecanismo de forma de onda em um segundo sinal no domínio do tempo que é descrito em uma mensagem ao analisador. Cada mensagem inclui identificação de sensor, amplitude de pico, e tempo de detecção de evento de relâmpago. O analisador fornece uma localização estimada do percurso de relâmpago e uma corrente de pico estimada do percurso de relâmpago de acordo com mensagens recebidas de sensores.
