Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE IDENTIFICAçãO NãO-REUTILIZáVEL". Dispositivo de identificação possuindo uma faixa e um prendedor resistente à adulteração e não-reutilizável disposto para unir regiões de extremidades opostas da faixa para prendê-la ao redor de uma parte do corpo do usuário. Um circuito transponder é anexado à faixa e é reativo a um sinal sem fio recebido. Um laço contínuo eletricamente condutor na faixa se estende a partir do transponder e forma uma via eletricamente continua substancialmente ao longo de todo o comprimento da faixa, o laço sendo frágil e facilmente quebrável em resposta à tentativa de remoção da faixa do membro do usuário.
