Abstract
"CABEçA DE IMPRESSãO DE JATO DE TINTA QUE TEM CáMARA DE BOLHA E AQUECEDOR DESLOCADOS DO BOCAL". A invenção refere-se a uma cabeça de impressão de jato de tinta com um elemento aquecedor substancialmente retangular que tem uma razão de aspecto maior do que aproximadamente 2,0. Uma câmara de bolha circunda um elemento aquecedor centralmente disposto com uma pluralidade de paredes. Uma placa de bocal tem um orifício para projetar a tinta da câmara de bolha que estende-se axialmente através de uma sua espessura. Um centro do orifício origina uma linha de prumo tal que uma distância de deslocamento existe de um centro do elemento aquecedor em uma faixa de aproximadamente 6 a aproximadamente 10 mícrons. Um canal de fluxo de tinta através de uma das paredes de câmara de bolha tem uma direção primária de fluxo de tinta substancialmente paralela a uma dimensão de comprimento do elemento aquecedor. A câmara de bolha e o canal de fluxo de tinta podem existir na placa de bocal, em uma camada de barreira de polímero ou em uma pluralidade de camadas de filme que definem um chip aquecedor.
