Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA A FIXAçãO DE UMA CAIXA, PARTICULARMENTE A DE UMA BATERIA DE VEìCULO AUTOMOTOR, A UM SUPORTE". A invenção propõe um dispositivo para a fixação de uma caixa (1), particularmente a de uma bateria de veículo automotor, sobre uma placa de suporte (3), por meio do qual a caixa (1) pode ser fixada sobre a placa de suporte (3) com poucas intervenções simples rapidamente e sem a ajuda de uma ferramenta. Para isso, uma peça de fixação (10) arqueada flexivelmente é inserida, sob tensão, entre a parede da caixa (1) localizada sobre a placa de suporte (3) e uma borda de retenção (4) que se projeta para o lado verticalmente a partir da placa de suporte (3). De preferência, a peça de fixação (10) encontra-se arqueada em forma de U e apresenta uma peça em forma de gancho (27) que engata por baixo na caixa (1) através de uma abertura (7) na placa de suporte (3), bem como uma superfície em forma de cunha (12) que coopera com a borda de retenção (4) e meios de engate (17, 26), os quais tornam segura a retenção.
