Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO TERMOMECáNICO DE AçO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para o tratamento termomecânico de aço, sendo que o material de base é aquecido a uma temperatura acima da temperatura de recristalização, a estrutura é austenitizada, mantida com compensação de temperatura, depois é moldado e, finalmente, é resfriado bruscamente e temperado para formar martensita, sendo que, o material de base é formado por barras de aço redondas, cuja temperatura de recristalização é compensada através do comprimento da barra em um forno de compensação, que depois são moldadas através de laminação inclinada, permanecendo, em essência, retas, sendo que, após a ultrapassagem do grau de moldagem crítico, são executados processos de recristalização dinâmicos. Em seguida, as barras de aço redondas, para a recristalização estática completa, são submetidas a um reaquecimento acima da temperatura de Ac3, e concluindo, são resfriadas bruscamente e temperadas de austenita para formar martensita.
