Abstract

"PRENDEDOR EM GANCHO UNITáRIO DE UMA RESINA POLIMéRICA RESILIENTEMENTE FLEXìVEL, MéTODO DE FORMAR UM PRENDEDOR UNITáRIO, PRENDEDOR DE UMA RESINA POLIMéRICA RESILIENTEMENTE FLEXìVEL, E, ARTIGO ABSORVENTE DESCARTáVEL". Um método para formar uma projeção polimérica unitária ou prendedor que compreendem um suporte fino, forte e flexível e uma multiplicidade de membros em gancho espaçados finos que se projetam da superfície superior do suporte unitário o método no geral incluindo extrudar uma resina termoplástica através de uma placa matriz placa matriz esta que é formada para formar uma camada base e elementos de sulcos, nervuras ou gancho espaçados que se projetam acima de uma superfície da camada base. Quando a matriz forma os sulcos ou nervuras espaçadas a forma da seção transversal dos membros em gancho é formada pela placa matriz enquanto a espessura do membro em gancho inicial é formada cortando-se transversalmente os sulcos em locais espaçados ao longo dos seus comprimentos para formar porções de corte separadas dos sulcos. Subseqüentemente o estiramento longitudinal da camada de suporte (na direção dos sulcos na direção da máquina) separa estas porções de corte dos sulcos, porção cortada esta que depois forma membros em gancho separadamente espaçados. Os membros em gancho extrudados ou membros em gancho de nervura cortada são depois tratados por calor resultando no encolhimento de pelo menos uma porção de pelo menos a espessura da porção de cabeça do gancho de 5 a 90 por cento, preferivelmente de 30 a 90 por cento.
