Abstract
"MóDULO DE PULVERIZAçãO DE BAIXA PRESSãO E PROCESSO PARA LIMPEZA DE PULVERIZAçãO DE BAIXA PRESSãO COM ANáLISE DE SUJEIRA RESIDUAL DE PEçAS CONSTRUTIVAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para a limpeza de pulverização de baixa pressão e análise de sujeira residual de peças construtivas, e apresenta a colocação à disposição de um recipiente de alimentação (B1), cheio com um meio de lavagem, a solicitação no lado de entrada do recipiente de alimentação (B1), com ar comprimido, a condução do meio de lavagem, solicitado com ar comprimido, para uma lança de pulverização (S1), a limpeza por pulverização de uma peça construtiva, mediante lavagem a jato com meio de lavagem, esguichado através da lança de pulverização (S1), o recolhimento do meio de lavagem, o qual, depois da limpeza por pulverização, está carregado com partículas, em um recipiente de recolhimento (B2), a colocação à disposição, disposto em um lado de descarga do recipiente de recolhimento (B2), de um filtro de análise em linha (72), de tal maneira, que este é percorrido pelo meio de lavagem carregado de partículas, a separação por filtragem das partículas do meio de lavagem, com o filtro de análise (F2), e finalmente a análise de sujeira residual através das partículas, separadas por filtragem pelo filtro de análise, assim como um módulo de pulverização de baixa pressão, configurado para este processo.
