Também são descritos um método de inibir atividade de IKK usando um composto da fórmula I, um método de inibir produção de TNF usando um composto da fórmula I, um composto da fórmula I para o uso como um farmacêutico, uma composição farmacêutica compreendendo um composto da fórmula I e o uso de um produto composto da fórmula I na fabricação de um fármaco para o uso como um agente imunossupressor ou antiinflamatório.
