Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO DE PRESSãO DIFERENCIAL PARA UM ARRANJO MEDIDOR DE GáS QUE COMPREENDE UMA GEOMETRIA DE ESCOAMENTO MELHORADA". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de pressão diferencial (4) e um arranjo medidor de gás (1) para medir de maneira precisa um consumo de gás (6a) por meio de um medidor de gás (2). Um medidor de gás conhecido anteriormente (2) é colocado em um contorno (3) que compreende um dispositivo de pressão diferencial (4) no tubo de gás (5) para medir uma vazão volumétrica (dV/dt, 6a) dentro do tubo de gás (5). De acordo com a invenção, o dispositivo de pressão diferencial (4) compreende dutos de escoamento (40) que tem diâmetros decrescentes (D~ 1~>D~ 2~>D~ 3~>D~ 4~) quando a posição radial (R~ 1~<R~ 2~<R~ 3~) aumenta, começando de um eixo central (A) do dispositivo da pressão diferencial (4). Exemplos de execução incluem portas de entrada (41) e/ou portas de saída (42) dos dutos de escoamento (40) que são fornecidas com um ângulo escareado específico (a), e um arranjo concêntrico eqüidistante de dutos de escoamento (40) na área de seção transversal (Q) do dispositivo de pressão diferencial (4). A invenção tem a vantagem de aumentar a pressão diferencial (4) em uma baixa vazão em volume (dV/dt, 6a), reduzindo a pressão diferencial (4) na vazão em volume elevada (dV/dt, 6a) e criando genericamente uma linearidade melhorada através de toda a faixa de medição entre a vazão de volume (6b) no contorno (3) e a vazão em volume (dV/dt, 6a) no tubo de gás (5), entre outras coisas.
