Abstract

"BANDEJA DE CONZIMENTO". A presente invenção se refere a uma bandeja de papelão ondulado ou de outro tipo de papelão apropriado, utilizada para cozer no forno produtos alimentícios na bandeja. A bandeja inclui urna base retangular (5), paredes laterais verticais (7), paredes terminais verticais (9), e um conjunto de travamento (15,17) que mantém as paredes laterais e as paredes terminais nas posições verticais com as bordas da bandeja e, assim, as bordas do produto alimentício cozido produzido na bandeja são retas e quadradas. Também é descrito um molde para formar a bandeja.
