Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE AUXìLIO à SELEçãO DE UMA óRTESE DE CONTENçãO E à SUA ADAPTAçãO à MORFOLOGIA DE UM MEMBRO". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que compreende: meios (26) para estabelecer um primeiro fichário de dados representativos das características morfológicas do membro (30), compreendendo as coordenadas tridimensionais de uma malha de pontos (68) com diferentes cotas; meios (10) para estabelecer um segundo fichário de dados representativos das características dimensionais e reológicas da órtese definidas com diferentes cotas; meios (48) de simulação de contenção, aptos a determinar, a partir dos dados dos primeiro e segundo fichários, dos valores de pressões de contenção capazes de serem exercidas pela órtese sobre o membro em uma pluralidade de pontos dessa malha; e meios (50) de apresentação sob a forma gráfica dos valores de pressão assim determinados, notadamente por superposição a uma representação gráfica 3D do membro, ou de uma seção deste, de uma codificação em falsas cores ou em níveis de cinza da pressão calculada.
