Abstract

"PRé-LIMPADOR DE AR E MéTODO PARA SEPARAR RESìDUOS PARTICULADOS MAIS PESADOS DO QUE O AR DO AR CARREGADO DE RESìDUOS". Um método e um pré-limpador de ar para separar resíduos particulados mais pesados do que o ar do ar carregado de resíduos para fornecer um fluxo de ar limpo são descritos. Uma trajetória de fluxo se estende através do pré-limpador de uma entrada para uma saída. O ar carregado de resíduos é retirado da entrada por um vácuo em comunicação com a saída do pré-limpador. Um fluxo de vórtice do ar carregado de resíduos é formado na trajetória de fluxo e flui através de um pré-limpador à base de ejeção, de primeiro estágio e um pré-limpador à base de expulsão, de segundo estágio. Cada estágio separa e remove centrifugamente partículas de resíduos do fluxo de vórtice. A operação eficiente sob condições extremas com aperfeiçoamento significante em vida de filtro de ar, se torna possivel pelo ré-limpador e método.
