Abstract
"ANEL DE óLEO, MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DO MESMO, E ESTRUTURA DE PISTãO USANDO O ANEL DE óLEO". A presente invenção refere-se a um anel de óleo 1 que compreende um corpo de anel de óleo anular 10 tendo um par de partes de trilho 12 em suas partes axialmente superior e inferior e extremidade, e um expansor em espiral 20 montado na periferia interna do corpo de anel de óleo 10. O perfil de seção transversal tomado na direção radial da superfície de deslizamento periférica externa (f) do par de partes de trilho 12, tem uma região quase reta (f1) com um comprimento de igual a ou mais que 0,05 mm no centro e as regiões curvadas (f2) formadas em ambos os lados da região reta (f1).
