Abstract

"CONTêINER DE PALETE". A presente invenção refere-se a um contêiner de palete (10) com um recipiente interno (12) de parede delgada, feito de plástico termoplástico, para a armazenagem e transporte de materiais de enchimento líquidos ou fluentes, com uma armação tubular de grade (14) encerrando estanquemente o recipiente de plástico (12) como invólucro de apoio e com um palete de fundo (16), sobre o qual assenta o recipiente de plástico (12) e com o qual está fixamente ligada a armação tubular de grade (14). Contêineres de palete conhecidos apresentam, com sacudidelas de transporte de maior duração, com cargas alternadas de oscilação dinâmicas, consideráveis falhas de resistência (quebra da barra tubular por fadiga). Segundo a presente invenção, para aperfeiçoamento da armação de grade com suficiente capacidade de carga de empilhamento, é obtida uma ótima elasticidade ajustada para cargas alternadas dinâmicas pelo fato de que as barras tubulares (20, 22) com perfil tubular fechado apresentam uma altura de perfil tubular distinta com altura de perfil tubular alternadamente grande nas regiões de cruzamento e continuamente pequena entre as regiões de cruzamento.
