Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR POR INFUSãO PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS MOìDOS, PREPARáVEIS POR INFUSãO". Um aparelho para preparar produto alimentício moído, preparável por infusão, tendo um reservatório de água (102), um refervedor (204) e um dosador de fluxo (200), todos conectados em um trajeto do fluido comum com uma bomba (202) que produz uma pressão de fluido no trajeto do fluido comum. Um suporte de recipiente (110) capaz de recebe um recipiente formado de material de filtro e contendo uma massa de produto alimentício moído, preparável por infusão tendo um fundo com peneira é localizado de modo a receber o volume dosado de água do trajeto do fluido comum. Por sua vez, um conduto de fluido (403, 404) é posicionado para receber fluido passando através do fundo com peneira e conduzir o fluido para uma ou mais xícaras. Com este aparelho, uma pequena quantidade de líquido preparado por infusão, como café, pode ser produzida em um período de preparo relativamente curto com u perfil de sabor agradável.
