Abstract
"VIDROS ALCALINOS COM SUPERFìCIES VìTREAS MODIFICADAS E PROCESSO PARA PRODUçãO DOS MESMOS". A invenção diz respeito a vidros alcalinos com superfícies vítreas modificadas. O objeto técnico da invenção é estabilizar a superfície vítrea modificada de um modo tal que a difusão de sódio reversa fora do volume é evitada substancialmente, mesmo em temperaturas elevadas e, em particular, no caso de procedimentos de pós-tratamento usando uma chama. Surpreendentemente, verificou-se que uma superfície vítrea modificada de um vidro alcalino é substancialmente resistente à difusão de sódio reversa fora do volume em temperaturas elevadas, se o quimismo dentro da superfície tiver uma concentração de alumínio, que seja significativamente aumentada em relação ao volume. A origem pode se fundamentar no nível muito alto de entalpia de formação negativa de fases de albita. O processo de acordo com a invenção é caracterizado pelo fato de que a superfície dos ditos vidros é posta em contato com concentrações de alumínio elevadas e é submetida a um tratamento térmico.
