Abstract
"DISPOSITIVO E MéTODO PARA MEDIçãO DE INCLUSõES DE METAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo que é provido para medição das inclusões de metal compreendendo um receptáculo para manter uma amostra do metal fundido, com esse receptáculo tendo paredes laterais isoladas e uma parede inferior provida com uma abertura de saída. Um elemento de filtro cerâmico para coletar inclusões do metal fundido é posicionado dentro da abertura de saída e é unido na face superior de um anel de suporte anular de metal ou refratário sólido com uma porção da face superior do anel de suporte se estendendo lateralmente além do elemento de filtro e engatando a face inferior da parede inferior do receptáculo ao redor da abertura. O conjunto de elemento de filtro e anel de suporte é mantido no lugar por um dispositivo de retenção separável que é adaptado para manter com segurança o anel de suporte em engate à prova de vazamento contra a parede inferior do receptáculo com o elemento de filtro posicionado na abertura de saída.
