Abstract

"REVESTIMENTO DE FREIO PARA FREIOS A DISCO". A presente invenção refere-se a um revestimento para um freio a disco, especificamente um freio a disco pneumaticamente atuado projetado para veículos utilitários, que compreende uma placa de pressão (2) e um material de revestimento (3) montado sobre a placa de pressão (2). Sobre a placa de pressão (2) está localizado pelo menos um mecanismo de retorno (6) o qual causa o retorno axial do revestimento de freio (1) após as aplicações de freio e o qual pressiona contra o alojamento de revestimento (4) de um freio a disco e executa um movimento de inclinação no alojamento de revestimento (4) quando o freio é aplicado. A invenção está caracterizada pelo fato de que o dispositivo de retorno (6) também compreende um dispositivo de tensionamento (14) que atua em uma direção tangencial e que inclui uma mola de tensionamento (15, 15<39>) a qual, quando o freio não está aplicado, pré-tensiona elasticamente a placa de pressão (2) na direção tangencial em relação a um disco do freio a disco, que é na direção do alojamento de revestimento (4), de modo que o dispositivo de retorno pressione tangencialmente em um modo pré-tensionado contra o alojamento de revestimento.
