Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A DESSORçãO DE UM MATERIAL". A presente invenção se refere a um método e a um aparelho para a dessorção em contracorrente contínua de materiais almejados, incluindo metais, não metais e compostos inorgânicos e/ou orgânicos dos mesmos, onde o método de dessorção é dividido nos dois modos, especificamente: (I) dessorção e (II) reabsorção. A dessorção do material almejado a partir da resina carregada usando-se o dessorvente novo ocorre no modo (I) . De acordo com o modo (I), a resina carregada se move para cima em uma câmara. De acordo com o modo (II), as impurezas são dessorvidas da resina e o material almejado em solução pode ser reabsorvido. A resina se move para baixo em uma outra câmara, durante o modo (II). Eluatos concentrados, os quais são adequados para a recuperação económica direta de elementos químicos e/ou compostos dos mesmos, podem ser produzidos usando-se a presente invenção. O aparelho da presente invenção inclui zonas de dessorção e reabsorção que são configuradas usando-se uma construção de 'tubo em tubo' ou uma construção em formato de U.
