Abstract

"AGENTES DE REVESTIMENTO E CORPO PLáSTICO COM UM EFEITO ANTIGRAFITE E MéTODO PARA A SUA PRODUçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a agentes de revestimento tendo um efeito antigrafite. Os ditos agentes de revestimento podem ser obtidos de acordo com um método consistindo em condensar os compostos de silício orgânicos de fórmula geral (I): R¬ 1¬~ n~SIX~ 4-n~, em que R¬ 1¬ representa um grupo compreendendo 1 - 20 átomos de carbono, X representa um radical alcóxi tendo 1 - 20 átomos de carbono ou halogênio e n representa um número inteiro entre 0 - 3. Os diferentes radicais X ou R¬ 1¬ podem ser idênticos ou diferentes e/ou os pré-condensados podem ser obtidos a partir dos ditos componentes. Pelo menos 50% em peso dos compostos de silício, em relação ao peso total dos compostos de silício usados, são representados pela fórmula R¬ 1¬SIX~ 3~, em que R¬ 1¬ e X têm o significado acima citado, a fim de formar polissiloxanos até a razão de sinais R¬ 1¬SIO(OH) e sinais R¬ 1¬SIO~ 1,5~ medida por espectroscopia de RMN variar de 0,6 - 4, e por adição dos compostos de fórmula (II) (R<39><39>)~ u~Si(R<39>)t(OR)~ (4-t-u)~ à dita mistura de polissiloxanos, em que R<39><39> representa um grupo compreendendo 1 - 20 átomos de carbono tendo pelo menos 3 átomos de flúor, U é 1 ou 2 e t é 0 ou 1, R e R<39> são idênticos ou diferentes e representam um grupo compreendendo 1 - 20 átomos de carbono. A invenção também se relaciona aos corpos plásticos que têm revestimento que pode ser obtido por meio dos agentes de revestimento.
