Abstract
"MéTODO E ARRANJO EM TESTE DE MALHA DE EXTREMIDADE úNICA DE UMA LINHA DE SINAL". A invenção se relaciona a teste de extremidade única de uma malha (2, 3). Um dispositivo de teste (TD1) é conectado a um dispositivo remoto (3) por uma linha (2). O dispositivo remoto é energizado e transmite sinais de aperto de mão intermitentemente (HS1), que podem perturbar o teste de malha. Uma unidade de recepção e cálculo (RE1) detecta os sinais de <39>aperto de mão<39> (HS1) e ordena a uma unidade transmissora (SD1) para enviar um sinal de parada (NAK-EF) para o dispositivo remoto. O último é parado por período de tempo silencioso predeterminado durante o qual o teste ou uma parte dele é executada. Se requerido, a parada dos sinais de aperto de mão é repetida. O dispositivo de teste envia um sinal de teste de malha de banda larga (S1) e recebe um sinal refletido (S2) durante o período silencioso. Uma função de transferência de eco dependente de freqüência é gerada dos sinais (S1, S2) e é usada para gerar propriedades desejadas da linha (2) tal como seu comprimento (L).
