"APARELHO DE ESTAçãO BASE DE RáDIO, APARELHO TERMINAL DE COMUNICAçãO E MéTODO DE TRANSMITIR INFORMAçãO DE CONTROLE". Em adição às unidades de formação de sinal de canal dedicado (101-1 até 101-N), unidade de formação de sinal de canal de informação de controle (110) é fornecida e esta unidade de formação de sinal de canal de informação de controle (110) forma informação de controle para realizar transmissão de pacote em enlace ascendente. A unidade de formação de sinal de canal de informação de controle (110) multiplexa informação de controle (informação RG, ACK/NACK, etc.,) direcionada a uma pluralidade de terminais de comunicação por meio de uma seção de codificação de canal (111) de acordo com uma regra de multiplexação pré-ajustada entre o aparelho de estação base e cada terminal de comunicação, e propaga a informação de controle utilizando um código de propagação comum aos terminais de comunicação por meio de uma seção de propagação (113) e com isto forma um sinal de canal de informação de controle para transmissão de pacote em enlace ascendente.
