Abstract

"MéTODO DE ACONDICIONAR PRODUTOS TENDO UMA DIMENSãO MAIOR E UMA DIMENSãO MENOR". Barras de sabão são acondicionadas em uma única folha de material que pode é plástico, papel, papelão ou uma combinação deste materiais na forma de laminados. As barras de sabão são acondicionadas em máquinas de alta velocidade em mais de cerca de 50 por minuto. A folha individual de material é cortada por matriz para formar uma seção principal com os painéis superior, inferior e laterais longitudinais e abas extremas apensas a cada painel. De maneira a promover o dobramento nos pontos desejado a folha de material é enfraquecida pela abertura de entalhes, perfurações e abertura de fendas nos pontos de dobramento. Este enfraquecimento pode é realizado imediatamente antes da alimentação à máquina de embrulhar ou por ocasião da realização de cortes com matrizes. Os cortes por matrizes podem é efetuados por ocasião da alimentação à máquina de embrulhar. A barra de sabão acondicionada terá superfícies extremas planares para que a embalagem possa ficar de pé e pode ter suspiros nas esquinas para permitir o escape de alguma unidade e fragrância no ponto de venda.
