Abstract

"PROCESSO E SOLUçãO PARA REVESTIMENTO DE SUPERFìCIES METáLICAS COM UMA SOLUçãO DE FOSFATAçãO CONTENDO PERóXIDO DE HIDROGêNIO, OBJETO METáLICO PRODUZIDO E USO DO OBJETO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para tratamento ou pré-tratamento de superfícies metálicas de objetos com solução aquosa, ácida contendo zinco e fosfato. A referida invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que a solução de fosfatação contém entre 0,1 - 10 g/l de zinco, 4-50 g/l de fosfato calculado como PO~ 4~, entre 0,03 - 3 g/l de pelo menos um composto de guanidina, pelo menos um grupo nitro calculado como nitro guanidina, e entre 0,001 a 0,9 g/l de peróxido de hidrogênio, e tem uma temperatura menor do que 80<198>C. A invenção também refere-se a uma composição aquosa, ácida correspondente.
