Abstract
"SISTEMA TERMO-ELETROMECáNICO E PROCESSO PARA O TRATAMENTO TERMO-MECáNICO DE UMA PRé-TIRA". Um sistema e processo termo-eletromecânico correlato com dois dispositivos superpostos (A) suscetíveis de bobinar e desbobinar uma pré-tira (a) invertendo suas posições, munidos de queimadores externo (4) e interno (7) para respectivamente igualar e otimizar a temperatura ao longo da inteira pré-tira por intermédio de algoritmos especiais do software de controle, próprios também para controlar a velocidade, aceleração e desaceleração tanto na etapa de bobinar como na de desbobinar, do mandril (6) até a parada avançada durante o bobinar para deixar um segmento de cauda (c) da pré-tira fora do dispositivo (A).Uma estrutura específica do mandril (6) é também descrita.
