Abstract

"APARELHO PARA EXERCìCIO ABDOMINAL E EXERCìCIO PARA MEMBROS INFERIORES". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho para exercício abdominal e exercício para membros inferiores que permite que o usuário faça exercícios com os membros inferiores empurrando hastes para pés montadas na parte inferior de uma prancha, ao sentar ou deitar na prancha e que, ao mesmo tempo, permite que ele realize exercícios abdominais pressionando para trás uma prancha, superior, com a força de seus membros superiores e que pode proporcionar um exercício abdominal permitindo que o usuário empurre o encosto da cadeira para trás enquanto coloca os pés dele/dela em uma haste para pés ao se sentar no assento, e bem como pode antecipar a melhora na circulação sangüínea através do uso de pressão por acupuntura) provida no encosto, de modo a pressionar pontos de acupuntura distribuídos em nas costas do usuário em contato por atrito com os mesmos durante o exercício abdominal.
