Abstract

"SENSOR DE TOQUE AUTO-CALIBRáVEL". Um sensor de toque auto-calibrável genericamente inclui um bloco comutador dielétrico em comunicação elétrica com um controlador. Uma forma de onda forçadora é fornecida ao bloco comutador dielétrico. A forma de onda de resposta do bloco comutador dielétrico é então monitorada pelo controlador para detectar alterações nas propriedades dielétricas do bloco comutador dielétrico. Mediante a iniciação de um sistema em que o sensor de toque auto-calibrável é embutido ou mediante a detecção de um evento indicativo de uma persistente alteração no ambiente dielétrico em torno do bloco de toque dielétrico, o controlador processa a forma de onda de resposta de avanço para determinar a constante de tempo do circuito compreendendo o bloco comutador dielétrico. A constante de tempo determinada é armazenada como valor de linha de base pelo controlador. O controlador então monitora a forma de onda de resposta de avanço quanto a alterações temporárias em relação ao valor armazenado, indicativo de um evento de pressionamento de tecla.
