Abstract

"CARTUCHO DE SECADOR DE AR". A presente invenção refere-se a um cartucho dessecativo de secador de ar, o cartucho compreendendo uma base apresentando uma entrada e uma saída, e um invólucro conectado à base para definir uma cavidade entre as mesmas, onde a cavidade contém um filtro e um dessecante, o filtro sendo disposto a montante do dessecante, de tal modo que, durante a operação normal, o fluxo de fluido que entra no cartucho através da entrada passe através do filtro e então para o dessecante antes de alcançar a saída, e durante a purgação do cartucho, o fluxo de purga que entra na saída passe através do dessecante antes de alcançar o filtro, onde adicionalmente o cartucho inclui uma válvula operável para permitir que uma porção do fluxo de purga seja desviada do filtro.
