Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA FABRICAR UMA COMPOSIçãO DE COPOLìMERO EM BLOCO ACOPLADO E COMPOSIçãO DE COPOLìMERO EM BLOCO". Esta invenção refere-se a um processo para fabricar uma composição de copolímero em bloco acoplado, compreendendo as etapas de: a. reagir um polímero terminado em lítio vivo tendo a fórmula P-Li, onde P é uma cadeia de copolímero tendo, pelo menos, um bloco A de polímero composto de um ou mais mono-alquenil arenos tendo 8 a 18 átomos de carbono e, pelo menos, um bloco B de polímero composto de um ou mais dienos conjugados tendo 4 a 12 átomos de carbono, com um agente de acoplamento de alcóxi silano tendo a fórmula R-Si (OR<39>)~ 3~, em que R é selecionado dentre radicais de arila tendo de 6 a 12 átomos de carbono, ou radicais de alquila linear e alquila ramificada tendo de 1 a 12 átomos de carbono, e R<39> é selecionado dentre radicais de alquila linear tendo de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, e onde a relação molar de Si para Li está entre 0,35e 0,7, assim formando uma composição de copolímero em bloco acoplado, b. opcionalmente hidroaenar a composição de copolímero em bloco acoplado; e c. recuperar a composição de copolímero em bloco acoplado resultante. Ela também se refere à composição resultante.
