Abstract
"SISTEMAS DE ENGRENAGEM PLANETáRIA GRANDE DE SUPERACABAMENTO". é mostrado aqui um sistema de engrenagem planetária grande melhorado novo usado no estágio de entrada de geradores de potência de turbina de vento. Este sistema de engrenagem planetária melhorado reduz ou elimina um resíduo de lubrificante tradicionalmente gerado a partir dos dentes de engrenagem, desse modo se eliminando uma fonte de iniciação de falha de mancal. Para a obtenção destes resultados, alguns e preferencialmente todos os dentes de engrenagem no sistema de engrenagem planetária foram superacabados usando-se um aditivo de controle de queima para uma rugosidade superficial de aproximadamente 0,25 mícron ou menos. Vários objetivos e vantagens da invenção são para a provisão de uma caixa de transmissão com resíduo de metal reduzido, vida de mancal melhorada, desgaste reduzido, ruído de vibração / atrito reduzido, fadiga de contato melhorada, resistência a atrito acelerado por vibrações diferenciais na interface melhorada, lubrificação melhorada, para se simplificar o processo de amaciamento, e para melhoria da durabilidade e da eficiência da caixa de transmissão.
