Abstract

"ELEMENTOS ESTRUTURAIS EM MADEIRA E SISTEMA CONSTRUTIVO A PARTIR DESTES ELEMENTOS". A invenção consiste em um projeto original para um sistema que pode ser construído de elementos estruturais em madeira. Cada elemento estrutural é constituído por um bloco central (01, 04) que possui na sua base uma ranhura e na sua parte superior uma saliência que permitem uma montagem vertical de blocos sobrepostos. Um elemento lateral (02,05) é fixado a um lado do bloco central, dito elemento lateral sendo mais fino, comprido e alto do que o bloco. Um elemento de revestimento (03,06) é então aplicado à dita unidade, no lado do elemento lateral que se opõe ao lado fixado ao bloco central, dito elemento de revestimento sendo da mesma altura útil como o elemento lateral, mais comprido que o mesmo, e tendo uma espessura variável. A metade superior do bloco central (01) que constitui o elemento estrutural (100a) é fixado à face interior do elemento lateral (02), e a metade inferior do bloco central (04) do elemento estrutural (100b) é fixado ao lado interior do elemento lateral (05). A sobreposição do elemento estrutural (100a) sobre o elemento estrutural (100b) forma a unidade estrutural (100) compreendendo corpos montados sobre as bordas longitudinais superior e inferior, permitindo que os elementos sejam montados verticalmente. Durante a sobreposição dos elementos estruturais para realizar construções, as bordas longitudinais superiores dos elementos estruturais se assentam nas bordas longitudinais inferiores posicionadas mais elevadas das bordas estruturais. Dito assentamento, o qual envolve a inserção de saliências de determinados blocos centrais para dentro de ranhuras de outros, assegura a estabilidade da estrutura e permite o alinhamento vertical, a horizontalIdade e a verticalidade da mesma a serem definidas, durante e após a realização da construção.
