Abstract

"SISTEMA DE INSPEçãO E CONTROLE PARA MONITORAR A PRODUçãO DE RECIPIENTES FABRICADOS POR MOLDAGEM A SOPRO, SISTEMA DE FABRICAçãO DE RECIPIENTES PARA A PRODUçãO DE RECIPIENTES FABRICADOS POR MOLDAGEM A SOPRO, E MéTODO DE CONTROLAR A PRODUçãO DE RECIPIENTES PRODUZIDOS POR MOLDAGEM A SOPRO". Um sistema e um método para controlar uma máquina de fabricação de recipientes que inclui um monitor de espessura para determinar uma espessura média de parede aos recipientes produzidos pela maquina. O sistema utiliza a espessura média de parede para ajustar o controle de máquina para alterar a operação da máquina e ajustar a qualidade dos recipientes que estão sendo produzidos. O sistema também responde a retroalimentação de dados provenientes dos dispositivos pneumáticos, dispositivos aquecedores, dispositivos mecânicos e sensores de temperatura para determinar as correções a serem feitas para a operação da máquina.
