Abstract

"ELETRODO DE DESCARGA PARA TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL E MéTODO DE AVALIAçãO DO MESMO, E MéTODO DE DESCARGA PARA TRATAMENTO SUPERFICIAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um método de avaliação de um eletrodo de descarga (12) para tratamento superficial para a geração de uma descarga entre o eletrodo (12) e uma peça de trabalho (11) em um líquido de tratamento (15) ou no ar, usando-se um compacto verde obtido pela moldagem de um metal, um composto de metal ou um pó cerâmico ou um outro compacto verde obtido pelo aquecimento do compacto verde como o eletrodo (12), e a formação de um revestimento (14) que consiste em um material de eletrodo ou uma substância obtida através de uma reação do material de eletrodo por meio de uma energia de descarga em uma superfície da peça de trabalho (11) inclui a avaliação de uma capacidade do eletrodo (12) de depositar o revestimento (14) com base em uma quantidade de deposição do material de eletrodo na superfície da peça de trabalho (11) por uma descarga única.
