Abstract

"SUSPENSãO DE ASSENTO DE PERFIL BAIXO". Trata-se de uma suspensão de assento de perfil baixo que inclui uma armação inferior adaptada para ser montado em um veículo, e uma armação superior localizada acima da armação inferior para suportar uma almofada do assento e o respaldo do assento sobre a mesma. Um elo de tesoura substancialmente totalmente desmontável é interligado entre a armação inferior e a armação superior, permitindo que a armação inferior e a armação superior se movam uma em relação à outra substancialmente em paralelo. Um arranjo de impulsão é disposto entre a armação superior e a armação inferior e tem uma força de pré-carga para forçar a armação superior a se afastar da armação inferior. Um primeiro mecanismo de ajuste fica localizado na armação superior e permite seletivamente um ajuste para a frente e para trás da armação superior em relação à armação inferior. Um segundo mecanismo de ajuste fica localizado entre a armação inferior e a armação superior e permite seletivamente um ajuste no arranjo de impulsão de acordo com o peso de um ocupante no assento ao transformar uma força horizontal aplicada a uma placa de ajuste em uma força vertical, afetando a força de pré-carga do arranjo de impulsão. A invenção é aperfeiçoada, uma vez um botão de ajuste é posicionado em uma parte dianteira do assento e o botão pode se mover junto com a armação superior independentemente ajuste para a frente e para trás da armação superior em relação à armação inferior.
