Abstract

"AUXILIAR PNEUMáTICO DE FRENAGEM E DISPOSITIVO DE FRENAGEM". Compreendendo um auxiliar de freio pneumático com curso breve de acionamento compreendendo uma saia (6) e um pistão pneumático (12), os quais ao rigidamente conectados e montados para deslizar de forma vedada no cárter e delimitam uma câmara de baixa pressão e um câmara de pressão variável, e um arranjo de válvula de três vias, o qual é controlado por uma haste de controle conectada em uma primeira extremidade ao pedal do freio e compreende a primeira (48) e segunda (50) bases de válvula e uma válvula (46) aplicada em, pelo menos, uma da primeira e segunda bases de válvula (48, 50) através de uma mola de válvula (106), a referida segunda base de válvula (50) senso sustentada por uma primeira extremidade longitudinal (44) do distribuidor de êmbolo (32), caracterizada pelo fato que a primeira base de válvula é sustentada por uma primeira extremidade longitudinal de uma bucha do mancal (54) montada para deslizar de forma vedada no pistão pneumático (12) sobre um primeiro curso definido e, pelo fato que além do referido curso definido (C), a referida bucha do mancal (54) é axialmente afixado ao pistão pneumático (12); a presente invenção se aplica, primariamente, à indústria de freios para veículos motorizados.
