Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA PRODUçãO DE MELAMINA EM UM REATOR TUBULAR DE FASE úNICA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo e um aparelho para produzir melamina através da conversão térmica de uréia. A invenção é definida por: a) uréia é reagida para formar melamina pelo menos parcialmente sob condições de reação, em que um extrato, um intermediário e/ou um produto final estão presentes em um estado supercrítico; e b) a mistura consistindo em pelo menos um extrato, um intermediário e/ou um produto final essencialmente forma uma fase homogênea, especialmente todos os extratos, intermediários e/ou produtos estando em uma solução completa. A reação em fase única resulta uma reação especialmente eficiente.
