Abstract

"PEçA DE REVESTIMENTO DE CARROCERIA DE AUTOMóVEL EM CHAPA DE LIGA AL-SI-MG FIXADA SOBRE ESTRUTURA EM AçO". A presente invenção tem por objetivo uma peça de revestimento de carroceria de veículo, de espessura compreendida entre 0,8 e 1,2 mm, em liga de composição (% e peso) Si: 0,7 - 1,3 Fe < 0,5 Cu: 0,5 - 1,1 Mn: 0,4 - 1,0 Mg: 0,6 - 1,2 Zn: < 0,7 Cr < 0,25 Zr + Ti < 0,20 outros elementos < 0,05 cada um e < 0,15 no total, contínua alumínio, apresentando, após colocação em solução, têmpera e maturação de 3 semanas à temperatura ambiente, um limite de elasticidade de R~ 0,2~ inferior a 170 MPa e, de preferência, a 160 MPa. A peça, de acordo com a invenção, apresenta, quando é fixada antes da pintura sobre uma estrutura em aço, um comportamento melhorado à dilatação diferencial com o aço.
