"MéTODOS DE ISOLAMENTO DE POLINUCLEOTìDEO DE PLANTA, DE PRODUçãO DE PLANTAS TRANSGêNICAS E MODIFICADAS QUE NãO CONTéM T-DNA E TUBéRCULOS MODIFICADOS E áCIDOS NUCLEICOS". A presente invenção relaciona-se com um método de identificação e isolamento de seqüências de ácidos nucleicos de planta nativa que podem funcionar como T-DNAs ou seqüências de T-DNA semelhantes a seqüências de borda, efetuando a transferência de um polinucleotídeo para outro polinucleotídeo. A presente invenção também proporciona um tubérculo modificado, tal como um tubérculo maduro geneticamente modificado, que compreende pelo menos uma característica que não é exibida por um tubérculo não modificado da mesma espécie.
