Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FECHO PARA RECIPIENTES DE LìQUIDOS, PARTICULARMENTE, GARRAFAS PARA LICORES". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo de fecho para garrafas de licores, compreendendo um corpo vertedor (1), um membro de válvula (9) localizado dentro do dito corpo vertedor (1) para permitir o derramamento do líquido e prevenir sua introdução fraudulenta, um elemento tubular (11) compreendendo uma primeira porção similar a batoque (12) e uma segunda porção similar a luva (13), a dita primeira porção similar a batoque (12) e a dita segunda porção (13) formando um assim denominado elemento tubo-batoque e sendo interconectados axialmente por uma linha de enfraquecimento circunferencial (14), a dita primeira porção similar a batoque (12) sendo engatada com o membro vertedor (1) por meio de roscas (17, 18) para abrir e fechar a dita abertura de verter (3). O dito elemento tubo-batoque é provido com pelo menos uma primeira nervura anular (25) radialmente projetante da sua superfície externa e posicionada axialmente acima da dita linha de enfraquecimento (14) e pelo menos uma segunda nervura anular (27), também, projetante da sua superfície externa e posicionada axialmente abaixo da dita linha de enfraquecimento (14), as ditas primeira e segunda nervuras formando meio conector entre o dito meio de vedação removível e o dito elemento tubo-batoque. Em tal modo, o meio removível de vedação pode ser batoque externo ou outro batoque feito de material plástico ou na forma de uma cápsula de folha metálica.
