Abstract
"BATERIA E PROCESSO DE SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de fabricação de bateria incluindo uma etapa de acomodar elementos para força eletromotriz (3) em uma caixa de bateria (2) dotada de uma seção transversal oval; uma etapa de aplicar um membro vedante (5) sobre uma extremidade aberta da caixa de bateria (2) com uma gaxeta entre eles interposta, e uma etapa de selar a bateria pelo crispamento efetuado para dentro da extremidade aberta da caixa de bateria (2). Na etapa de selagem, as bordas laterais longitudinais (2a) da caixa de bateria (2) são crispadas por uma superfície conformadora (17) dotada de uma seção transversal arredondada, e bordas arqueadas (2b) ligando ambas as bordas laterais longitudinais são crispadas por uma superfície conformadora plana (18). Uma bateria dotada de excelentes propriedades de segurança sem qualquer risco de vazamento de líquido devido à sua vedação uniforme, hermética e altamente confiável em torno da circunferência inteira da extremidade aberta da caixa de bateria (2) é assim proporcionada.
