Abstract

"CéLULA SOLAR SENSIBILIZADA COM CORANTE". De acordo com um primeiro aspecto da presente invenção, é provida uma célula solar sensibilizada com corante, que compreende: um primeiro membro de base que tem um substrato de transmissão de luz, uma camada condutiva de transmissão de luz formada em uma superfície do substrato de transmissão de luz e um eletrodo de semicondutor formado em uma superfície da camada condutiva de transmissão de luz e contendo um corante de sensibilização; um segundo membro de base que tem um substrato cerâmico e uma camada de catalisador formada em uma superfície do substrato cerâmico, de maneira tal que a camada de catalisador se volte para o eletrodo de semicondutor; e uma camada de eletrólito formada entre o eletrodo de semicondutor e a camada de catalisador. A célula solar sensibilizada com corante do primeiro aspecto da presente invenção mostra uma eficiência de geração de potência suficiente e uma excelente durabilidade.
