Abstract
"RESSONADOR DE MICROONDAS, UMA LINHA DE PROCESSAMENTO FORMADA POR MóDULOS DE UM TAL RESSONADOR DE MICROONDAS, UM PROCESSO PARA OPERAçãO E OBJETOS/PEçAS DE TRABALHO TERMICAMENTE PROCESSADOS POR ESSE PROCESSO POR MEIO DE MICROONDAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um ressonador poligonal de número par, em que se forma um modo de microondas de alta modulação e assim está disponível uma parte de volume tão grande do volume de ressonador com distribuição de campo homogênea para processamento térmico homogêneo de peças de trabalho. Ao longo de ao menos uma aresta de topo de segmento lateral está disposto externamente um par de estruturas de acoplamento, que consiste à esquerda e à direita da mesma em ao menos um condutor oco retangular conduzindo a microonda no modo básico. A parte de parede comum de condutor oco retangular e ressonador tem uma estrutura de acoplamento disposto ao longo dessa parte de parede consistindo em fendas/contornos de acoplamento sucessivos. Tais ressonadores de microonda podem ser montados modularmente para uma linha de processamento, com o que podem ser conduzidos distintos processamentos térmicos, como aquecimento, manutenção de temperatura e resfriamento controlado. Para o ajuste de precisão da homogeneidade do campo, os pares de estruturas de acoplamento são operados oscilando em segundo contrário na radiação de potência individual, conservando-se a radiação de potência pré-dada no ressonador. Peças de trabalho termicamente processáveis são processadas em tempo curto com pouca energia mais economicamente do que com autoclaves convencionais.
