Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA SEPARAR SóLIDOS DE UM FLUXO GASOSO CARREGADO DE SóLIDOS". Processo para separar sólidos de um fluxo gasoso carregado de sólidos (2), contendo mais do que 100 mg/Nm¬ 3¬ de sólidos, pela realização das seguintes etapas: (a) separação dos sólidos do fluxo gasoso, empregando-se um separador de gás-sólidos (3), resultando em um fluxo gasoso (4) contendo menos do que 50 mg/Nm¬ 3¬ de sólidos e um subtransbordamento (5) compreendendo os sólidos separados e parte do fluxo gasoso como alimentado ao separador de gás-sólidos (3); b) separação de parte dos sólidos do subtransbordamento (5) em um ciclone (6), em que os sólidos (10) e um fluxo gasoso (7), contendo ainda alguns sólidos, são obtidos; e (c) contato do fluxo gasoso (7), obtido na etapa (b), com água (15), para separar os sólidos e obter um fluxo gasoso (9), contendo entre 0 e 50 mg/Nm¬ 3¬ de sólidos; e (d) combinação dos fluxos gasosos que são pobres em sólidos, como obtidos na etapa (c) e como obtidos na etapa (a).
