Abstract

"COLCHãO DE ESPUMA COM MOLAS DE ESPUMA". é um colchão(1) fabricado a partir de um bloco único constituído por somente um material ou por vários materiais de densidades diferentes previamente colados, ou fabricado por injeção, na forma de um paralelepípedo, de Poliuretano ou látex de densidades compreendidas entre 30 e 90 kg/m¬ 3¬, recortado por uma máquina automática programável primeiro pelo lado maior e depois girando o bloco de 90<198> pelo lado menor, formando-se uma determinada quantidade de molas(5) dependendo de cada tipo de colchão(1). A quantidade de espiras(5.1) que tem cada mola(5) depende da posição de cada uma no colchão(1) com o objetivo de variar a flexibilidade do mesmo e que o dito colchão(1) se adapte perfeitamente ao contorno de cada pessoa, ou pode ser constante em todo o colchão. Podem ser feitas múltiplas variações, mantendo a mesma altura para todo o colchão (menos espiras da mesma , grossura com mais base sem cortar, etc , pode-se variar a grossura de uma espira, o número de espiras, a inclinação do eixo da espira, a inclinação da espira, a altura total de uma região - protuberância ou cavidade - etc.). O produto é completado na face superior com uma coberura visco-elástica(3) de poliuretano de 50 kg/m¬ 3¬, de 4 cm de espessura e finalmente leva um acolchoado(2) de tecido.
