Abstract

"DISPERSãO SóLIDA DE TACROLIMUS E MéTODO DE PROCESSAR A MESMA". A presente invenção se refere ao veículo da dispersão sólida de tacrolimus, o qual é preparado através de uso de um tensoativo sólido tendo uma propriedade de valor de HLB maior do que ou igual a cerca de 7. O tensoativo desempenha uma função de um veículo e uma função de um intensificador de dissolução, simultaneamente. Como um resultado, a taxa de dissolução do tacrolimus é aperfeiçoada e a capacidade de absorção oral e a biodisponibilidade podem ser aumentada em virtude da rápida liberação de droga.
